SIBO treatment is a combination of antimicrobials, pre and probiotics, biofilm breakers and most importantly DIET. The diet and herbal regimen needs to be completed for a long time to sufficiently take care of the dramatic bacterial overgrowth that is the cause of this problem.
Remember stress reduction, avoiding snacking and peppermint oil for gas but also for its antimicrobial properties. Also the bowels must move regularly.
