This is one of the most amazing and comprehensive urine hormone and metabolism testing available. It shows how you metabolize your hormones and the upstream and downstream of metabolites. It also provides a timeline of your cortisol levels during ta 24-hour period.

Includes testing and a print out of your results.  For interpretation and a plan of action, you will need to make an appointment with our office.
 
***Once the test is purchased, please call our office at 308-386-4799. You will need to set up a new patient appointment and a follow up visit to go over results after the test is completed. Insurance does not pay for the functional test, but the medical portion of your visit is often covered by insurance. We do recommend setting up an extended visit to go over results, as there is a lot of information, this additional time will be out of pocket.
