The DUTCH Test

The Dutch Test is the most comprehensive test for hormone levels and how your body processes and metabolizes them.

The test checks your reproductive hormones, stress hormones, androgens (cortisol/urea), melatonin, and organic acids

Why should I do the test?

There is in-depth information in your body. The Dutch Test shows:

 

  • Cortisol levels

  • Estrogens, Progestogens, Testosterone (Androgens) and how they are metabolized

  • Melatonin levels

  • Organic Acid levels

  • Methylation information

How do I do the test?

The Dutch Test is easy to do at home.

Complete the test between your pellets or on day 23-25 of your cycle.

​

The test kit contains a filtered piece of paper. You pee on the test strip at four different intervals.

​

Once you have completed the test, you ship via FED-EX in the provided mailer.

The Results

The results take about 6 weeks to get back. Because the test is so comprehensive, we like to schedule an extended appointment with you to go over everything and develop a plan.

This hour long visit gives you and us the time we need to thoroughly go through the results.
